Step into the art of tension, choice, and surrender through this guided introduction to predicament ties. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create ties where movement in one direction creates sensation in another, placing the body in a constant state of awareness and decision.

Predicament ties are powerful because they remove the idea of a “right” position. Instead, they invite you into a space where every choice creates feedback, drawing you fully into your body, your breath, and the present moment. This creates a unique blend of physical sensation and psychological engagement that can deepen trust, heighten connection, and build a strong awareness of both your own limits and your partner’s.
